In our screen printing classes we make sure we focus as much time on the art of making great designs as we do to general printing techniques. This means people are always really happy with what they print. Enrol in a class and be inspired to use the creative side of your brain in a very fun and relaxed environment.
We make all of our workshops really enjoyable so you won't feel intimidated. It's really common for people to rock up and feel a bit confronted about doing new things like drawing or printing or sewing. So we make sure our classes draw out these talents that you never knew you had.

	Have you ever wanted to print your own fabric designs? In this two day workshop you will learn how to draw motifs and make a hand drawn repeat pattern. You will then be printing your patterns onto lengths of fabric, while learning about screen printing, stencil cutting and how different types of inks can dramatically change your designs. All our workshops are small and intimate with a maximum of 8 students. Come and imagine that you are a textile designer for a weekend printing on the wonderful 10 meter table at the Ink & Spindle studio. No experience necessary, all materials provided. 	A follow on class for people who know how to screen print and design repeated patterns. In this class you will learn how to design multi colour repeat patterns and do colour separations of your original designs. As well as having time to work on your own self directed projects with teacher assistance. All materials provided. Our workshops are small and intimate with a maximum of 8 students. Whether you have your own grand vision or would prefer to follow one of our easy and ever so cute character designs, you can enjoy a day of creativity, whilst creating your one-of-a-kind friend. Attend our tea towel printing class and learn the basics of screen printing in our wonderful light filled studio. Come and make some beautiful hand printed gifts that will be cherished by anyone who receives them. It beats spending a day at the shopping centre at this time of year. (Price includes 4 x hemp/organic cotton tea towels for printing. More tea towels will be available on the day at wholesale prices.)
